Prepay once for a 3, 6, or 12-month supply and get monthly shipments delivered right to your door.

Choose a 3, 6, or 12-month plan and pay once via Cash App. Your plan begins as soon as payment clears.

Your first shipment goes out right after payment clears. After that, a new shipment arrives about every 30 days.

Each monthly shipment covers about 4 weeks. The weekly dose gradually steps up over your plan (titration) as directed.

What's in each shipment: the vial, bacteriostatic water, a mixing syringe, and insulin syringes for that month's doses.

Shipping: roughly every 30 days, with the first shipment going out right after payment clears.

Titration: the weekly dose steps up gradually across the plan — each monthly shipment reflects the correct dose for that stage.
